Few hot air balloon ride locations rival “The Grand Canyon of the East.” The Letchworth Park gorge is magnificent, and provides an incredible backdrop for memorable hot air balloon rides. The view is spectacular, and the experience breathtaking!

Our launch site is located adjacent to the Middle Falls, one of the most picturesque locations within the park. The beautiful western New York countryside surrounding Letchworth is an incredible flying area. It provides a fantastic setting for your hot air balloon ride experience.

Letchworth Ride Availability

We schedule morning and evening flights Monday through Saturday, year-round.  Advance booking is highly recommended, as our schedule fills up rapidly, especially on evenings and weekends.  We have balloons ranging in size from 4 to 8 passengers. We are proud to offer a personal experience.  You may even reserve an entire balloon for your party with a private flight.  Our pilots are all FAA-certified commercial hot air balloon pilots. We can fly up to three balloons per flight period.  If you have a large group, we can accommodate up to 18 people for a ride.

We are a local, family-owned, full-time hot air balloon business. In the spring of 2019, we purchased Balloons Over Letchworth from its longtime owner, our friend Sean Quigley. Although we have been flying around the Park area for many years, all our Letchworth flights now originate from within the Park itself.
